Step back in time and discover a Nassau Paradise Island of yesteryear at Nettie’s Cultural Centre, where visitors can be immersed in the heritage, culture, and history of The Bahamas. See authentic Bahamian artifacts, listen to local legends and folklore, and discover Island traditions like the Maypole, Greasy Pole, and Domino Square. Each room of the Cultural Centre has a different theme and shares an important element of Bahamian history and culture. Don’t miss the historical chapel, and don’t forget to pick out an authentic Bahamian souvenir at the heritage shop located onsite.

Nettie’s Cultural Centre is open Monday-Friday from 10am-3pm. Tours are available daily, except Tuesdays, from 11am-1pm
