At the end of your delicious experience, you’ll receive copies of the recipes from class and even a Graycliff Culinary Academy apron, so you can recreate your culinary masterpieces at home!

At the Graycliff Culinary Academy, you’ll prepare items from the famed Graycliff Restaurant menu such as Bahamian Conch Chowder, Grouper Dijonnaise, Guava Soufflé and more. Class sizes are limited from 6 to 12 students, and all ingredients and materials needed will be supplied. Even better, lunch is included—consisting of the dishes prepared during class! This experience will also include a tour of Graycliff’s world-renowned wine cellar with the sommelier. No prior cooking experience is necessary; however, an appointment is required to take a class.
