NASSAU, Bahamas, September 27, 2022 – During the fall, Nassau & Paradise Island becomes an oasis of warm days, fewer crowds and Bahamian culture, and the destination’s resorts are rolling out new events and promotions that make traveling to the island during the fall season even better. From culinary festivals to free nights at renowned resorts, travelers can take advantage of this special time of year in Nassau & Paradise Island for a tropical fall retreat.

Atlantis Paradise Island

At the legendary Atlantis Paradise Island, there will be a variety of exciting culinary updates and events in the fall, elevating guests’ dining experience.

In October 2022 Chef Adrien Delcourt from Paris’ Jules Verne Restaurant (located in the Eiffel Tower) will begin to lead the beloved Café Martinique, introducing new dishes that reflect his Parisian background. At the bar and lounge, there will be a new absinthe cocktail list, redefined lounge fare and outdoor terrace seating overlooking the Atlantis Marina. Later in the season, The Dilly Club will open in Marina Village, serving as a new upscale specialty coffeehouse by day and craft cocktail lounge by night. The staff will be trained as both specialty baristas and mixologists, curating each drink with the finest details from passion fruit caviar garnishes to curated vintage glassware. Paranza will also open December 2022 at The Cove, led by Chef Michael White. The menu will feature ocean-inspired Italian fare with an emphasis on seafood. With so many new dining options guests will have endless choices for high-quality fare throughout their stay at the resort.

Baha Mar

This culinary-focused resort has a variety of exciting food and beverage events happening this fall and deals that will help travelers save on their vacation. October 21-23, Baha Mar will host The Bahamas Culinary & Arts Festival, kicking off with a welcome party hosted by Marcus Samuelsson and a Boyz II Men concert on Friday, October 21. Throughout the weekend, guests can enjoy two days of culinary and art expositions including cooking demos led by Baha Mar’s leading epicurean talent and guest chefs, new exhibitions for local artisans and a grand dine-around showcasing a taste of the destination’s celebrated restaurants, bars, and cafes.

SLS Baha Mar will also launch its partnership with 818 Tequila, an award-winning, hand-crafted tequila brand by entrepreneur Kendall Jenner. For the launch, the resort will open 818 Shack, an elevated, Tulum-style cocktail lounge experience located within the luxury beachfront waterpark, Baha Bay.  818 Shack will feature craft cocktails, Mexican-inspired bites, exciting event activations and weekly DJ performances set within a tropical, vibrant atmosphere.

Families can also join in on the fun at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar with the Paradise Awaits package, offering 25% off bookings made before October 15, for travel between now and December 20. During their stay, guests can enjoy stunning golf and tennis facilities, eight pools, water activities including snorkeling and kayaking, a unique wildlife sanctuary and dozens of world-class dining options.

Rosewood Baha Mar will also offer a More Rosewood offer through October 12. Guests will receive a complimentary fourth night for every three consecutive paid nights so they will have more time to relax and unwind in paradise.

Comfort Suites Paradise Island

Comfort Suites Paradise Island offers a getaway the whole family will love this fall at an unbeatable price. With the Kids Stay, Play and Eat Free promotion, kids stay free in a parent’s room and kids eat free for lunch and dinner at Crusoe’s Restaurant (per child with each paying adult).
